Returns And Exchanges

Return Policy

Returns must be sent out to EyesLover within 7 days of your order’s original receipt date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unbended, unadjusted) with the boxes, cases and cleaning cloth. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • Discontinued, final sale eyeglasses models
  • All eyeglasses by Hally&Son, Moschino, Polaroid and Max Mara
  • Prescription lenses and eyeglasses purchased with prescription lenses (replacement satifaction guarantee applies)
  • Items that are returned pass allowable return date

EyesLover reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

Return Instructions

Each return is subject for our internal review. Depending on your location the return instructions will be different as to which courier you can use and how to describe the package. Should you want to return your package, kindly e-mail us at info@eyeslover.com

Return Processing

Once we receive your return package, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed.  You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited.  Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.  Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Eyeglasses can be exchanged as long as they fall into Returnable category. To exchange the eyeglasses to a different model, we would need to process the return first and then ship you the exchanged pair. Alternatively, you can make another purchase on our website when you decided to do an exchange. The refund will be processed during the new order processing.
